Building complex integrated in the Casa Para Todos Program, promoted by IFH Imobiliária, Fundiária e Habitat, a pubic entity supervised by the Ministry of Environment, Housing and Land Planning of Cape Verde.
This social housing urbanization is set on two plots of 23.718m² in Achada Limpo area, at Santiago Island. It includes 294 family units, stores, public square and playground. Buildings are three floors height.
The structure is a beam to column concrete solution with partially pre-cast slabs. Foundations is direct by means of concrete footings.
